About Me
RMT Mirka Foltynova
I am very enthusiastic about physical activity and helping people to return to their daily life activities. I combine massage therapy with therapeutic exercises to not only treat injury and pain, but also prevent it.
My treatment is focused on patient’s goals like decreasing pain, improving postural muscle imbalances, helping with headaches as well as helping with physical limitations that can decrease joy of life. These goals are achieved by combining various massage methods such as deep tissue or calming Swedish techniques, passive and active stretches, myofascial release, joint mobilization and various others.
I work with every patient as an individual and so I provide specific treatments to address each person’s needs. I have a Bachelor's Degree from sport-focus university in Europe.
I am very passionate about knowledge and continuously educating myself and keeping up with new approaches in massage therapy.
